Concert season Convivium Musicum ’19

CM sezonaAfter a short holiday break, we invite you again to join us in the concert hall, at our music festivities. At a slightly changed term, this time from February, Concert Season Convivium Musicum ’19 begins.

During the previous two editions of the Concert season, we hosted a large number of artists from Serbia and abroad. Performers from Germany, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Italy, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina performed at the concert podium. We listened to great musicians, ones who already built their successful careers, but also the new names, in whose affirmation we were very happy to participate. At the concerts soloists and small and large ensembles succeeded, as well as the known forms such as string quartet and mixed choir and less known as duo saxophone-accordion or quartet made of duo percussion and piano duo. In our style of nurturing old values and following contemporary music tendencies, the audience could hear famous works of classical literature as well as contemporary compositions.

The diversity and quality of the repertoire is also what guides us in the creation of the program this year, so the audience will have the opportunity to hear, during the season, exceptional artists who will perform outstanding artwork – contemporary music and music of old masters, both in its original form and in a new attire.

The significance of the event was also recognized this time by the City of Kragujevac and friends of the Association: Faculty of Philology and Art, Music School “Dr. Miloje Milojević”, Music Center Kragujevac, Music Youth Kragujevac and others who support us for the third time in our idea.

Concert season Convivium Musicum ’19 begins on February 13th, 2019. Concerts will be held in the Hall of the First Kragujevac Gymnasium, starting at 20 h, and the entrance is, as always, free. All information on the exact dates for the concerts and the performers will be published in time on our website, as well as on Facebook (conmuskg) and Instagram (convivium_musicum) page of our Association.
